Thanks for joining us in Edinburgh for the Sprint Orienteering World Championships 2024.

From 11th until 16th July, orienteering took over Edinburgh and the city provided the perfect background for five days of racing – for everyone from elite athletes to amateur competitors taking part in the WOC Tour.

As a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the leading festival city in the world, Edinburgh is packed with narrow and intricate alleys and of course the iconic Edinburgh Castle and Palace of Holyroodhouse. Edinburgh is one of the most stunning and enthralling cities in the world, and we were delighted to welcome you.

We hope you enjoyed your visit to Edinburgh and we look forward to welcoming you back to Scotland next year to take part in the 2025 Scottish 6-Days Orienteering Event.
