Training and racing opportunities for athletes in advance of WOC 2024.
Training and Racing
A wide range of racing and training opportunities will be available in the period leading up to WOC 2024, from international competition at Euromeeting 2023 and formal training camps to provision of maps for self-organised training.
Map files (in OCAD format) of relevant areas across central Scotland are available for release to national teams for self-organised training. Maps currently available:

Euromeeting 2023
Euromeeting 2023 was held on October 13-15 in and around Stirling, and was organised by Forth Valley Orienteers (FVO). Mapping and course setting roles were filled by the WOC 2024 mappers and planners.

- Euromeeting: Mixed Sprint Relay.
- Public race.
Saturday 14 October – University of Stirling
- Euromeeting: Knock-out Sprint.
- Public race (2 individual sprints).
Sunday 15 October – Stirling
- Euromeeting Individual Sprint, morning.
- Public race: Stirling City Race (urban event – part of the Scottish Urban Orienteering League).
